England Fans Drain Germany Beer Reserves

So England got past Portugal in the round of 16, with a Beckham placed kick. So the English army of fan celebrate by trying to drink Germany’s beer reserve dry. After the match 70,000 Fans flodded the city and drank an average of 17 pints each. Thats about 1.2 Million pints of beer.

“Never have I seen so many drink so much in such little time.” They drained 32 of his 50-litre barrels at about 200 pints per minute.

“It is incredible how much is being drunk but the hardest thing for the breweries is keeping up with the thirst of the English.”
