Gwynn in the HOF

Posted on | January 9, 2007 | No Comments

Anthony ‘Tony’ Gwynn “Mr. Padre” was elected into the hall of fame, receiving 97.61% of ballots returned. This is the 7th highest of all time. Also joining Tony is Cal Ripken Jr. They will be inducted into the Hall of Fame in July at Cooperstown. I’m hoping there is a warm and welcoming crowd there for Tony and Cal.
