Napa Recapped…

Erin, Monica and I flew up to ‘Frisco’ for the weekend. We met up with Mike and Krisdee on Thursday. We had some great food at a little Jazz restaurant, and c got a night-cap at the Golden Shoe bar that was next to our hotel room. Our consierge, warned us to lookout for the fight. Sure enough some pickpocket was caught 5ft from us, and promptly pinned to the ground.

Friday Jack, Yuna and Sangeeta joined the group. The girls went shopping while Mike and I tried to get some work done from the hotel room. Under Mike’s suggestion we hit the Tonga room Friday night. Located in the old basement pool it was a unque experience, especially with the crazy mai-tai’s they were serving up.

Saturday was the day we were all waiting for. Wine Tasting in Napa. We caught a 45min boat ride to Napa, where we were limo’d from winery to winery. We were able to see Berringer, Sterling, Modavi, and ate lunch at a great deli. 6 hour and a few wine clubs later we were heading back. The entire trip was a blast, but I think our next trip will have to be more local.
