Garrett, Eric, Brandie and a few of her friends all decided to check it out this year. They had over 10 city blocks section off for this huge party. March 17, 2007  St. Patricks Day!March 17, 2007 National Drinking day in the old isle, but us Americans used it to celebrate Erin's birthday as well.
