1997 Plymouth Neon ACR
After ditching my Explorer for a more 'fuel-friendly' vehicle, I picked up this little Plymouth Neon ACR in the summer of 1997. I purchased the ACR specifically for its lightweight competition package, little did I realize I would end up adding more weight then the package took off.
Over the years I entered her into several car shows throughout California. The neon always seemed to grab peoples attnetion and provoke a lot of questions; most common of which was, 'Why a neon?' I especially like taking her to mopar shows where i would get a lot of head scratches and smiles.
